The plant.

Printing, lamination and pouch making all sit under one roof in Satara. That is what lets us hold colour across repeat runs, keep delivery dates, and take on the short runs larger converters turn away.

Roto Gravure Printing Machine

Our primary press. Engraved cylinders carry ink directly to the film, which gives dense, repeatable colour and the fine detail that photographic food packaging needs — run after run, order after order.

Flexographic Printing Machine

Flexo covers the shorter runs and simpler artwork where a gravure cylinder set is not economical — a faster, lower-cost route to market for line extensions, promotional packs and trials.

Lamination Machine

Polyester, metallised and LDPE layers are bonded into a single structure. The laminate is what delivers barrier, stiffness and seal strength — we build it to suit the fill, not to a standard recipe.

Center Seal & Three Side Seal Pouch Making Machine

Ready-made pouches in centre seal and three-side seal formats, cut to your size. Suited to namkeens, bakery, spices and dry snacks where a pre-made pouch is filled and sealed on site.

Bottom Seal Pouch Making Machine

Bottom-seal and stand-up formats with the gusset and seal geometry set for the fill weight — so a five-kilo atta bag stands square and a 200 g snack pouch still faces forward on the shelf.
