Founded in 2004, Kaysons Multicolour is a printing, laminating and packaging house with close to two decades of practice. We began with a simple idea — put exceptional craftsmanship next to modern technology, and make packaging that does more than hold a product.
Over the years we have refined our processes and widened our capability to keep pace with the market. Every pouch that leaves Satara carries the same standard: precise registration, dependable seals, and colour that holds on the shelf.

Printed, laminated and pouched
under one roof.
Keeping the whole line in-house is what lets us hold colour, hit delivery dates and take on short runs that larger converters turn away.
03 / How we work
Four steps, start to delivery.
Design & cylinder
Artwork is prepared for gravure, proofed, and engraved to electronic cylinders. You approve colour before the press ever runs.
Print & laminate
Rotogravure or flexo printing followed by solventless lamination — each stage checked in-house for registration, bond strength and seal integrity.
Pouching & despatch
Centre seal, three-side seal or bottom seal pouches, made to size and packed for despatch on an agreed date.
